Food
to the table; as it comes
When the food comes out from the kitchen, still hot or exactly chilled, there is little time to take its portrait before it changes. I have to be ready, poised by the daylight – expectant.
Somewhere in the dish is the chef’s intent. I work to see it, translate it into an image. The chef makes the food speak, one way or another it says taste me, notice me, eat me. Galleries
